The Star Culinary Institute
The Star Culinary Institute sets a new standard for apprenticeship programs, and is dedicated to training and mentoring Australia’s next generation of amazing hospitality professionals. Our three-year chef apprenticeship program runs in conjunction with TAFE, offering places at our resorts in Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
The Star Graduate Program
Our 14-month Graduate Program offers a custom 'fast-track' for recent graduates with at least an undergraduate degree from a recognised institution (hospitality grads need a hospitality tertiary qualification).
Rotations across the business provide hands-on experience, mentorship from industry leaders, and access to The Star's learning resources. All graduates secure full-time roles across The Star Entertainment Group's properties in Sydney, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast.
